The fine print, kept short

Privacy
We collect the minimum a custom order needs: the guest names you type, the style you pick, and your email and postal address. Stripe collects your address and payment details on their secure checkout page. Card numbers never touch our systems.
Your details are used to make and deliver your order and for nothing else. No marketing emails unless you separately ask for them. We never sell or share your information for advertising.
- Order and payment processing runs on Stripe, our database and files sit with Supabase, and emails are sent through Resend. These providers may process data outside Australia.
- We delete guest lists and name previews within 12 months of your order shipping. Order totals and status stay longer, for tax records.
- Want your details sooner than that, corrected, or deleted? Email us and we will do it within a week.
If you believe we have mishandled your information you can complain to us first, and to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) if we don't sort it out.
Terms of sale
Every piece is custom made. Names are cut exactly as written, which is why checkout asks you to confirm every spelling. If a name arrives spelled the way you typed it, that is the product you ordered, and a remake is a new purchase. If we get a spelling wrong, or a piece arrives broken or faulty, we remake or refund it. That is your right under Australian Consumer Law and nothing on this page reduces it.
- Because the goods are personalised, change-of-mind returns are not available.
- Ship dates shown at checkout and in emails are estimates. We confirm the date in your order email and tell you straight away if it moves.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and are final at checkout.
- If you ask us to cut a design, logo or font you supply, you confirm you have the right to use it. We can decline artwork we are not comfortable cutting.
- You may cancel for a full refund any time before your batch is cut. Once it's cut, the acrylic is yours.
Shipping & refunds
- We ship Australia-wide. The flat rate and the free-shipping threshold are shown in your cart before you pay.
- Orders post with Australia Post. When your order ships you get an email, with tracking when there is one.
- Arrived damaged or faulty? Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we remake the affected names or refund them, your choice, including postage where the whole order is affected.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 business days of us processing them.
